Our Products Return Policy

Respecting the wishes of our customers while they choose our products with confidence, we give them the opportunity to exchange their purchases within 14 days from the date of the invoice And return the purchases within 7 days from the date of the invoice, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Attach the original purchase invoice with the products to be exchanged or returned.

• Products are unused and in original condition upon purchase.

• Products without the identification card (item card).

• We apologize for not replacing or returning medical accessories and hearing aids for health reasons.

• Products that were purchased before the promotions and sales periods may not be returned during the promotions and sales periods.

• It is not possible to use more than one offer at the same time, and it is not possible to use discount coupons during the times of the offers.

• Products that have offers or discounts may be exchanged for products of the same purchase value or

A higher value is only available within 3 days of the invoice date and no return is allowed.

• The opportunity to replace or return one or more products in one invoice does not exceed twice.
